For over 260 years, Baccarat has been synonymous with French crystal craftsmanship, precision, and design tailored for the world's most prestigious interiors. Baccarat Residences Saadiyat marks the brand's first residential project in the United Arab Emirates.

The project is developed by Aldar in collaboration with Baccarat Hotels & Residences. The architectural design was created by the Japanese studio Sou Fujimoto Architects, marking their first residential project in the UAE. The two buildings, named Zénith and Massena, feature intricate, undulating lines inspired by the movement of the Saadiyat coastline.

The architecture flows naturally with the surrounding shore. Recessed glass facades, spacious terraces, and layered horizontal lines seamlessly connect the interiors with views of the sea and the island landscape.

At the heart of the Saadiyat Cultural District

The project is located in the Saadiyat Cultural District, in the immediate vicinity of the Louvre Abu Dhabi and the upcoming Guggenheim Abu Dhabi. The residences offer panoramic views of the district's cultural landmarks and the sea.

Saadiyat Island is more than just a cultural hub. The area features pristine beaches, the Saadiyat Beach Golf Club, Cranleigh Abu Dhabi, NYU Abu Dhabi, and Berklee Abu Dhabi. Adjacent to the project, the Saadiyat Grove development is underway, featuring approximately 60,000 m² of retail, dining, and leisure spaces.

Baccarat Residences is the final project to be launched within Saadiyat Grove, bridging the tranquility of the island's coastal side with a location rapidly becoming the premier center for culture, gastronomy, and design in Abu Dhabi.

A collection of 77 residences

The offering is limited to just 77 residences, including two- and three-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom Sky Villas, and two penthouses. Total floor areas range from approximately 207 m² to 2,330 m².

Spacious living areas flow onto terraces through floor-to-ceiling glass. The layouts include flexible rooms that can serve as a home office, library, additional bedroom, or an extension of the living space. The main kitchen is integrated with the living area, while a separate service kitchen provides essential operational support.

Two perspectives on a single interior

The interiors were designed by the Los Angeles-based StudioPCH. Their concept blends French elegance with materials and layouts tailored to life in Abu Dhabi. Future owners can choose between light and dark color schemes, with custom modifications available for a limited number of units.

The light variant features Sunrise Oak wood, Calacatta Vagli Oro marble, light surfaces, and bronze accents. The darker finish utilizes Coffee Oak wood, Lapento Red marble, and deeper natural tones. Both schemes are complemented by hardwood floors, textured glass, and matte metal elements.

Each of the 77 residences features handcrafted entrance doors by Atelier Berger. Their surface is created using the Stella paper marquetry technique, consisting of 24 segments to symbolize the 24 hours of the day. This is not a standard catalog item, but a bespoke piece created specifically for this project.

The Baccarat signature is also reflected in the interiors, with main living spaces accented by the brand's iconic crystal elements.

Private wellness and resident amenities

Residents will have access to a private spa with treatment rooms, a wellness center, a fitness studio, a relaxation lounge, and a Rain Room. The latter uses falling water, sound, temperature, and scent to create a space designed for calm and regeneration.

The outdoor area features an infinity pool, private cabanas, and a separate pool lounge. The amenities also include a cinema, a kids' club, and a dining room with an open kitchen for private dinners or celebrations.

24/7 concierge and valet service

Residents enjoy daily comfort through 24/7 security, concierge, doorman, bellboy, valet parking, and common area cleaning. For an additional fee, owners can also take advantage of in-residence cleaning and laundry services, personal training, wellness treatments, childcare, or pre-arrival grocery stocking.

Our service offering also includes the option to book a chauffeur-driven car, private air travel, a personal stylist, bespoke culinary experiences, or services related to the purchase, appraisal, insurance, or restoration of fine art. These services are available upon request for an additional fee.
