Cheval Residences is an eight-story residential project currently under development on Dubai Islands. Located directly by the sea, it offers residents beach access and stunning coastal views. Sizes range from approximately 763 sq ft for 1-bedroom apartments to over 4,300 sq ft for the largest 3-bedroom residences.

50/50 Payment Plan

The purchase price is divided into a 50/50 payment plan:

• 10% upon reservation
• 40% during construction
• 50% upon handover

The project is scheduled for completion in Q1 2029.
