The Ritz Carlton Residences are being developed on Al Maryah Island, one of Abu Dhabi's premier business and shopping districts. Cleveland Clinic, The Galleria Al Maryah Island, and Abu Dhabi Global Market are approximately a minute away, while the Saadiyat Cultural District is a 7-minute drive and Zayed International Airport is about 25 minutes away.

The waterfront location offers views of the city skyline, while restaurants, shops, and other amenities remain within immediate reach. The project is also set to feature an air-conditioned underground connection to One Maryah.

From one-bedroom apartments to penthouses

A total of 165 private residences will be created. The offering starts with one-bedroom apartments and extends to two- to four-bedroom variants, including duplexes. The top category is represented by the penthouse.

Total area, including terraces, starts at 86 m² for one-bedroom apartments and reaches 539 m² for a four-bedroom duplex. Two-bedroom variants range from 175 to 206 m², and three-bedroom units from 275 to 434 m².

Terraces spanning the height of the tower

The architecture was designed by the Killa Design studio. A striking feature of the facade is the spacious terraces, balconies, and vertical shading elements. The design works with natural light and expansive views of Al Maryah Island and the surrounding waterfront.

Interiors by Tara Bernerd & Partners

The interiors were prepared by the studio Tara Bernerd & Partners, which has residential and hotel projects to its name from New York to Paris and Milan. The design is based on light, natural tones, wood, stone, and subtle metal details.

Living areas are framed by large windows, kitchens are complemented by a prominent island, and master bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. In selected layouts, there is direct access to the terrace from the bedroom. The residences will be delivered fully furnished and equipped.

Outdoor and indoor pools

The facilities include an outdoor pool with cabanas and waterfront views, an indoor pool, and a separate children's pool. The wellness area will be complemented by a plunge pool, sauna, spa, jacuzzi, fitness studio, and treatment rooms.

Additional spaces are designed for both work and leisure. A private cinema, game room, coworking lounge, meeting room, outdoor terrace with seating and BBQ, and guest rooms will be available.

Golf simulator right in the building

The project will include an Executive Golf Lounge with a golf simulator. Residents can play or train on simulated world-class courses right within the residence.

The Ritz Carlton services every day

One of the project's main advantages is the range of services associated with The Ritz Carlton brand. The concierge can arrange airport transfers, restaurant, spa, or golf reservations, valet parking, package delivery, or move-in coordination.

For an additional fee, it will also be possible to utilize a personal chef, in-residence catering, private wellness treatments, a personal trainer, babysitting, laundry, cleaning, or property management during the owner's absence.

40/60 Payment Plan

A 10% deposit is due upon booking. An additional 30% is divided into six 5% installments during construction, with the remaining 60% due upon handover.
