Extensive green zone between the two towers

Holm Central consists of two residential towers with a total of 475 apartments. Between them, an expansive common area will be created featuring greenery, swimming pools, and relaxation spots, which will be the largest of its kind in Jumeirah Garden City.

Each tower features a ground floor, two amenity levels, and eight residential floors. A striking architectural feature will be the triple-height entrance lobbies.

Studios and two-bedroom apartments

The selection includes studios, 1-bedroom apartments, and 2-bedroom layouts complemented by a separate maid's room. Studios start at 378 sq ft, 1-bedroom apartments at 622 sq ft, and the smallest two-bedroom units at 1,061 sq ft.

Floor plans feature balconies and an open-plan connection between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Larger layouts include an additional bathroom and a separate maid's room.

Hotel-inspired interiors

The interiors are based on a hotel style, combining light natural tones, wooden elements, and clean lines. Ceilings approximately 3.1 meters high give the rooms a more airy feel.

Kitchens flow seamlessly into the dining and living areas, while balconies extend the space outward. The overall interior concept relies on simplicity, functionality, and carefully selected materials.

Swimming pools, wellness, and leisure facilities

An extensive common zone designed for relaxation, sports, and leisure will be created between the two towers. It will include a main pool, a separate children's pool, a fitness center, a sauna, and a steam room. The space will be complemented by gardens, a playground, and outdoor relaxation areas with greenery.

Another section will offer space for yoga, wellness, and areas designated for barbecues and social gatherings. The facilities continue on the rooftop, where additional outdoor BBQ zones will be available. Thanks to this, the project does not concentrate common areas in just one part of the building but extends them to the upper floors as well.

Two minutes to Sheikh Zayed Road

Holm Central is located in Jumeirah Garden City, with a connection to Sheikh Zayed Road in approximately two minutes. This provides easy access to major business districts and well-known parts of Dubai.

Downtown Dubai and DIFC are approximately 5 minutes away, and Dubai International Airport can be reached in about 15 minutes. Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina are about a 20-minute drive.

35/65 Payment Plan

The purchase price is divided into several installments throughout the construction period, with the largest portion payable upon handover of the property:

• 65% on handover
