LE CHÂTEAU BY BEYOND
The premium residential tower on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is being created as the first project within the Evermore master community by BEYOND Developments.
Le Château brings a residential concept inspired by the French Riviera with an emphasis on space, privacy and a quieter pace of coastal living.
The 31-storey building will offer 257 exclusive residences with sea views. The architecture works with flowing lines, spacious terraces and an emphasis on connecting the interior with the outdoor space.
As the first stage of the entire masterplan, it also offers the lowest entry prices to the future Evermore community of approximately 250,000 m².
French inspiration in a modern concept
Le Château is based on the philosophy of l'art de vivre, which builds on the quality of everyday life, space and a quieter pace of living.
The project works with natural light, spacious interiors and seamless connection of residential areas with outdoor terraces.
The design was created in collaboration with Pininfarina studio and combines contemporary architecture with aesthetics inspired by the French Riviera.
Residences with views of the coast
We offer 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom residences ranging from 73 m² to 166 m². The ceilings reach a height of 3.2 meters and the large-format glazing brings natural light and views towards the sea into the interiors.
The interiors are designed with an open living area, seamless connection to the terraces and an emphasis on the airiness of the entire space.
The materials and surfaces are chosen in neutral tones in order to preserve the timeless character of the project and the calmer atmosphere of the interiors.
Privacy and resort facilities
The project includes a representative lobby with a ceiling height of 4.5 meters, a lounge area for residents, a coworking space, a 250 m² fitness center or a resort pool surrounded by greenery.
On the 32nd floor there will be a roof terrace overlooking Al Marjan Island and the surrounding coastline. The project is complemented by outdoor relaxation zones and landscaped gardens following the overall concept of the residence.
Al Marjan Island
Al Marjan Island is one of the fastest growing coastal locations in the United Arab Emirates. The area combines new residential projects, hotels and long promenades and is gradually becoming one of the main residential and investment parts of Ras Al Khaimah.
Le Château is part of the Evermore master community, connecting residential living, greenery, promenades and backdrops established to the coast.
At the same time, the project is located a short distance from Al Hamra Golf Club, Al Hamra Mall or Ras Al Khaimah International Airport.
Payment Plan
The payment plan is split 50/50, with half the price due during construction and the remaining part at the completion of the project.
Completion is scheduled for Q4 2029.
Investment view
Le Château represents the first phase of the entire Evermore community and thus the lowest entry prices under the future masterplan. Prices start as low as AED 2.1 million.
The combination of a premium location right by the coast, a limited number of residences and the growing importance of Al Marjan Island creates a project with the potential for both long-term value growth and stable demand in the rental market.
