Living on Island A

Lia is being developed on Island A within the Dubai Islands master plan. The project offers 1 to 3-bedroom apartments and three penthouses, with each residence oriented to maximize its position between the sea and the marina. The exterior of Lia is defined by curved lines, bold horizontal elements, and expansive terraces. Dubai Islands Mall is approximately 5 minutes away, the promenade 7 minutes, schools 8 minutes, and medical facilities about 10 minutes. Dubai International Airport is roughly a 15-minute drive.

50/50 payment plan

The payment plan is split 50/50:

• 10% upon booking
• 40% during construction
• 50% on handover

The project is scheduled for completion in Q1 2028.
