Studios up to apartments on two floors with private pool
We offer studios, 1- and 2-bedroom apartments as well as variants with a separate study. The project also includes maisonette units with their own pool, which are not common in this price category. Sizes start at approximately 36 m² and exceed 190 m² for larger units.
The layouts are designed to work with light, open space and a smooth transition between interior and exterior. For larger apartments, separate work zones or a two-story solution appear.
