New destination in the Move Homes portfolio

Move Homes is entering Spain, expanding its portfolio with one of Southern Europe's most sought-after destinations: Marbella. This location has long attracted clients seeking not only high-quality properties but also a desirable lifestyle, privacy, and stable value within the European market.

After years of operating in Dubai, this is a natural next step. However, it's not about rapid expansion or broadening our offerings at any cost. Spain represents a completely different type of market, and Move Homes has approached it differently from the outset.

This very idea defined the entire process of entering Marbella. Throughout 2025, the Move Homes team repeatedly traveled to the Costa del Sol to personally get to know the individual locations, developers, and the overall environment. This wasn't about quickly acquiring projects for our portfolio. The main goal was to understand what clients truly seek here and which properties hold genuine long-term value.

The quality of projects, the level of property management, the reputation of partners, and the very character of each area played a significant role. Marbella is not a market based solely on numbers and short-term investment potential. This is precisely what distinguishes it significantly from Dubai.

Spain is Not Dubai

While clients in the Emirates often focus on market dynamics and expected returns, decision-making in Spain tends to be much more personal. It's about a place for family, long summer stays, golf, a more relaxed pace of life, or the opportunity to have one's own seaside retreat within Europe.

The selection of initial projects reflects this approach. Move Homes does not intend to operate in Spain as a broad catalog of hundreds of properties. Instead, it plans to work with a more curated selection, standing behind not only its visual appeal but, more importantly, its quality, location, and overall concept.

Marbella as a Long-Term Value

In recent years, Marbella has affirmed its position as one of Europe's most stable residential destinations. The location benefits from a combination of a favorable climate, high-quality infrastructure, and a strong international clientele seeking both second homes and long-term bases within Europe.

For Move Homes, Marbella is therefore more than just a new destination. It symbolizes the brand's next phase and a continuation of the philosophy the company has built upon from the start: personal market knowledge, meticulous selection, and an emphasis on quality over quantity.
