YAKSHA IS IN DUBAI FOR THE FIRST TIME. WILL THREE DAYS BE ENOUGH TO CHANGE HIS MIND?

Yaksha arrives in Dubai with clear doubts, and over the course of three days, he discovers how people live and invest in the city, and everything it has to offer.

Michal "Yaksha" Novotný is a Slovak creative and entrepreneur active in the worlds of music, fashion, art, and design. Dubai never particularly appealed to him, as he primarily viewed it as a city of luxury, monumental architecture, and superficiality.

Together with Veronika Plichtová, CEO of Move Homes, they speak openly about life in Dubai and real estate investment, comparing his previous perceptions with what he is discovering firsthand.

What role does intuition play in the selection process, and when is it necessary to follow the data instead? Why doesn't a well-known location automatically represent the best investment? And which parts of the city offer greater potential for value growth or long-term rental?

During their conversations, they cover topics such as return on investment, financing options, and the difference between a tourist hotspot and a truly premium location. It is not just about the numbers, however. Yaksha gradually learns what it is like to live in Dubai, what individual parts of the city have to offer, and why Move Homes advises against certain projects for their clients.

The episode also includes a tour of a specific investment apartment, focusing on the amenities, location, quieter surroundings, and the overall environment of the residential project.

Over the course of three days, we will show him other sides of Dubai. Will he perceive it differently after this experience?
